Larb Kai (Spicy Thai Chicken Salad) Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cut-up chicken breast ⠀
- 1 tbsp Try My Thai Chili Oil⠀
- 2 tbsp lime juice ⠀
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce ⠀
- 1/2 cup chopped onions ⠀
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions and cilantro
- 2 tbsp bread crumbs
Process:
- Mince / chopped chicken breast
- Cook chicken in frying pan until well cooked
- Add chopped onions
- Add bread crumbs following with fish sauce
- Add lime juice and Try My Thai Chili Oil
- Stir well then add chopped cilantro and green onions, mix well
