Tofu Drunken Noodles Recipe

Tofu Drunken Noodles


  • 1 cup of Tofu. Your choice, Firm, Extra Firm, Soft!
  • 8 oz fresh rice noodles⠀
  • 1 Egg ⠀
  • 5 oz or more Chinese broccoli 
  • 1/2 cup Try My Thai Drunken Sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic ⠀
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil⠀


  1. Heat up pan then add oil and garlic⠀
  2. Add tofu, cook for 3-4 minutes⠀
  3. Cook egg and mix with the tofu⠀
  4. Add noodles and Try My Thai Drunken Sauce. Stir till mixed well⠀
  5. Add Chinese broccoli ⠀
  6. Garnish if you like and enjoy!
