Chicken Pad Thai Recipe
Chicken Pad Thai. Here’s an easy to make, delicious, Pad Thai with chicken breast.
Ingredients:
- 250 g chicken breast sliced
- 250 g rice noodles
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup Try My Thai Pad Thai Sauce
- 3 tbsp olive Oil
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 cups beans sprouts
- 2 stems green onions
- 1 carrot
Process:
Prepare your noodles 8oz serves 2-3 people (Soak in warm water for five minutes)
In a fry pan or Wok
- Heat up the oil then add garlic
- Cook chicken breast or other protein until well done
- Add eggs, stir until cooked
- Add noodles and stir everything together for 2 minutes
- Add Try My Thai Pad Thai Sauce and mix ingredients well for 2 -3 minutes
- Add vegetables (beans sprouts, carrots, green onions) and mix well
- Remove from heat
- Garnish with beans sprouts, lime wedge, and ground peanuts
